7 March, feeling fantastic in Algemesi (Valencia).

After lunch the team meets up with the families who had lost their houses which we saw yesterday just at the frontline of the disaster.

Last of the appliances were delivered and we also made use of the rented van to move some furniture for someone in need.
All in all a great day for the team thanks again to everyone involved.

The team was invited to visit the cooperative of Algemesi where all the oranges are processed and gets ready for distribution.
It was a great experience which we would like to thank Eugenio and Vicente for their invitation and Daniel for being our guide informing us of all the process.

Today the team made more use of the van to deliver more furniture that has been donated to selected families by one of the associations involved in Algemesi.

Valencia update 💚
Maroc Atlas is currently on their way back, but unfortunately, the EV foundation was unable to join them as initially planned due to personal reasons. Despite this setback, we had complete faith in Maroc Atlas and their ability to represent us in Valencia with integrity and dedication.
The EV foundation donated £2000, which was raised by the local community. True to our promise, every penny of this donation was utilised effectively.
Maroc Atlas has been actively engaged in purchasing essential appliances and furniture, delivering them personally to those who are most in need. We have been kept informed throughout the process and have witnessed through videos the ongoing devastation in the towns they are assisting. The scenes are still as shocking as when we were physically present in the area.
We extend our gratitude to Maroc Atlas for their representation of our heartfelt work in Valencia.
Karl, Justin, Darren and Alfred, hats off to you all. The EV Foundation and Gibraltar are forever grateful

It was an honour for us to work together to make a difference!
