porta pottie,and bog paper,,good sleeping bag,,,air bed,, a good nights sleep is so important ,a good light,,,, these new LED lights are great and dont eat batteries ,,,,,head light is a must and a good little camping stove,with a small kettle that way you can always have a brew,,,look after your kit and it will last for a long time,,and theres loads you dont need,,,,,,,
