Event Description
The Club is organising this event which will consist of the 1st ever 4x4 Trial event in Gibraltar to contribute to the GBC Open Day Charity's and a donation for the Special Olympics and The Lukeamia Research.
There will be two tracks,one will be for first timers off-roaders or basic 4x4 vehicles.The second one will have more obstacles but always mantaining to the rules and regulations of the organisation.
Also there will be a miniture Trial track for Remote Control enthusiast to have some fun plus a speed track for more action!
We will have The Gibraltar Regiment involved with us in this cause by providing their Catering Services with drinks and snacks,also they will be providing a Jumping Castle for the entertainment of the younger ones.
Cake stalls will also be available!
A place will be located in the event for the Public who wishes to contribute with Toys,Clothes or other things to give away to the poor on our Solidarity Raids to Morocco.
Entrance fee will be a Donation of your choice.
Tracks will have their own fee.
All funds will be donated to the two causes mentioned above.
There will be a RAFFLE on the event so stick to your tickets as they will provide you with one of our special prizes which will be on display on the event site.
MORE THAN 2O SUPPER PRIZES!
The draw will be held on the Christmas Goverment Lottery so check your last 4 figures.
THERE WILL BE 5 MAYOR PRIZE'S & 2O MINOR PRIZE'S!
Tickets are issued out by participating on the Trial Tracks or by just purchasing them to try your LUCK.
Tickets will be available at our Clubs Stall in our Local Fair!

Friday as from 11 am we are able to start setting up the stalls. Seamus, the bloke in charge down there will be there. We should go down and meet him and find out where to set up, introduce are selves,a need find out if there is anything else we need to know etc.. I don't think it would take long. I will be working tomorrow from 8am-10pm so I don't think I can go around.

So the plan is to meet at 11 on Saturday to get started. Is there anyone able to go down and meet seamus at the fair grounds on friday anytime after 11am? I will be working all day and evening. I will be around to help on saturday. see y'all down there!

Me Brian Dorian & Albert we will be up on the store to sort out all the toys & to see what more toys we need to buy..also i have the white paint..stall needs to be painted ASAP...

We have to set up the stall for the fair this weekend. We are allowed to start Fri at 11 am. The stall just needs to be built and painted etc.. We don't need to have all the merchandise in yet. Seamus is our contact down there and he will be there friday. I have to work till 10pm friday. Someone should go down and meet him to find out whats going on
