Event Description

This is your chance as a member to show your support and colaboration with the Club as your attendance is very important for the Cubs future.We are getting ready for different events which needs your personal support and time.

The issues to be brought up will be the next;

1: We have been approached with the option to get a stall at our local Fair which would make some income for the Club and support for a local Charity cause,here we will need volunteers to work in the stall.

2: The Club is organising an event for the GBC Open Day which will also need a number of volunteers for it to be able to take place in the month of September.

3: All members have to understand that renewal of the Clubs membership has to be made especially if you are attending the December event as a Club Team.

Hope everyone shows their support and find the time to attend this very important meeting as we really need everyone to do what they can for the Clubs progress!

Changes have been made to the meetings location,it will take place at the Victoria Stadium establishment.
