Event Description

The club is formerly invited to attend as the idea is to join all clubs and entities once a year to get to know each other,so lets join them and have some fun!

We will like to announce to our members that if you are attending to this event the Club will PAY 10 EUROS of the fee for each vehicle!

As from the 1st of Feb the subscriptions will be opened at Amatur Turismo Activo profile so get to befriend them if you will like to assist to this event if you haven't done so yet!

The event will be for 2 days,Sat & Sun,we will be able to camp in the green area,no lights so everyone has to be autonomous.

Fee will be 50 Euros per vehicle"remember if you are a member Club pays you 10 euros of the fee"this will give access to the tracks with guide and assistance!

5 euros will be paid by per person for the communal lunch provided by Amatur!

Comment by Marocatlasgib4x4 Club on February 22, 2014 at 19:02: All subscriptions forms have been handed in and the fees payed,we are expected to arrive at the chapatal at 9:00 am to be allocated our camp site then we will mount our camp to have it ready for the night and get all out of the cars,the org will decide which zone we will start,loads of activities for the day and night :)

Comment by Alfred Balban on February 4, 2014 at 17:32: I will have the subscriptions forms with me at our playground on Saturday as from 11:30 am till 2 pm also on Sunday were we will be at the playground all day as from 11:30 am onwards,so come along to subscribe for the event and have some fun on our tracks!

Comment by Marocatlasgib4x4 Club on February 4, 2014 at 17:27: We have all the info for the event and the subscription forms so please get in contact with me if you wish to attend for sure as its a limited vehicle event and we have to be quick in doing it,if you are a member you will only have to pay 45 euros per vehicle out of the 55,the club will pay 10 euros per car,so call me or pm to be your participation fee.

Comment by Alfred Balban on January 18, 2014 at 21:46: Subscriptions will only be available till the 26th of Feb so once we know how many of us will be going the Club will do the Deposit of the 10 Euros for each vehicle attending,MEMBERS HAVE TILL THE 25th OF FEB TO TICK ATTENDING,later we will pay the rest at the Finca!
