Event Description

The Club has been invited to attend a Rally Raid into Morocco from our friend of Maroc Challenge,Rui Cabaco.

The idea is to create a team of three or more vehicles to participate in the Rally representing our Club and Gibraltar

The team has to be sure to go by the rules of the organisation and has to be able to use GPS navigation.This is also a Solidarity Raid and there is also a prize for the most Solidarity Team.

CATEGORY ADVANCE (new):

This category is for participants with experience in Raids, in order to participate you have participated once in the category Challenge Maroc Adventure or to certify having participated in any other type of event with the same degree of difficulty. The tour is made by Track. The percentage of dirt tracks is superior to the Adventure category.

Age of vehicles: manufactured before 1995

Authorized vehicles: only 4 x 2 and 4 x 4

Degree of difficulty: 4 x 2: very high, 4 x 4: high

Time limit for the stage: YES

Classification: Yes

Comment by Marocatlasgib4x4 Club on November 10, 2012 at 22:20: We ae going to meet next Tuesday 13th of Nov at the Hackney Bar at 19:00 hrs so to complete the payments for the ferry and get the details of everyone coming,that includes the followers and those who wish to go a day before us.

We will all meet at the venta Macheco(I think is called) at the entrance road to the Posito area behind the Carrefour no later than 14:30 pm on the 30th of Nov.

There we will organise and head to Tarifa to board the ferry to Tangier.

Please remember to contact me at the above number to finnish the payment for the ferry and give your details.
