Event Description

The Club has been invited to attend a Rally Raid into Morocco from our friend of Maroc Challenge,Rui Cabaco.

The idea is to create a team of three or more vehicles to participate in the Rally representing our Club and Gibraltar

The team has to be sure to go by the rules of the organisation and has to be able to use GPS navigation.This is also a Solidarity Raid and there is also a prize for the most Solidarity Team.

CATEGORY ADVANCE (new):

This category is for participants with experience in Raids, in order to participate you have participated once in the category Challenge Maroc Adventure or to certify having participated in any other type of event with the same degree of difficulty. The tour is made by Track. The percentage of dirt tracks is superior to the Adventure category.

Age of vehicles: manufactured before 1995

Authorized vehicles: only 4 x 2 and 4 x 4

Degree of difficulty: 4 x 2: very high, 4 x 4: high

Time limit for the stage: YES

Classification: Yes

Comment by Marocatlasgib4x4 Club on May 10, 2012 at 18:44: They were not sponsored from the begining,after the races in Gib they went abroad and then they were sponsored by the Gov,we need local sponsorship first and then prove the Clubs outcome of this event and its media,then we can go to the gov and show them the result of our representation as a Gibraltar 4x4 team ;-)
