The 4x4 Huescar Club organizes together with the Huescar City Council the XI CITY OF HUESCAR SOLIDARITY ROUTE 2024, with the collaboration of the Galera and Castillejar City Councils, for January 27 and 28, 2024.
For the benefit of the AECC.
MEETING POINT: LA ALAMAZARA AGRICULTURAL FAIR GROUND (HUESCAR)
WEEKEND PLAN
SATURDAY 27
12:00 pm: start of registration signing
6:00 p.m.: end of registration signing
6:30 p.m.: security briefing
7:00 p.m.: start of night route with route meter (100 km)
Dinner upon arrival
SUNDAY 28
There will be two different activities
9.30 am: departure on a guided route from the Huescar Public Parking (in front of the Bollero cafeteria) 65 km
10:00 am: departure from the same point to GYMKANA 4X4
1:30 p.m.: closing of GYMKANA 4X4 and arrival of guided route (all at the La Almazara Agro-Livestock Fairgrounds)
2:00 p.m.: giant paella, gift giving and donation to the AECC
3:30 p.m.: end of event and farewell
PRICES
FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
€10 per car, €30 per person, €5 minimum donation per person (under 8 years old, donation only)
INCLUDES
bag with gifts, route meter for the Saturday night route, dinner on Saturday night, cakes for lunch plus food on Sunday, unlimited drinks from the beginning of dinner and lunch, pass for the rollover simulator, one ballot per person registered for the raffle of a weekend for two people in the Alpujarras Granadinas plus one ticket per person registered for the draw for a SUZUKI GRAN VITARA
SUNDAY ONLY
€10 per car, €20 per person, €5 minimum donation per person, (under 8 years old donation only)
INCLUDES
gift bag, cakes for lunch, food (paella), unlimited drinks from the beginning of the meal, a ticket for the raffle for a weekend for two people in the Alpujarras Granadinas plus a ticket for the raffle for a SUZUKI GRAN VITARA
AWARDS
Further registered, more numerous Club, newer 4x4, better in the 4x4 Gymkhana, more broken 4x4, etc.
LIMITED PLACES 250 VEHICLES
CAMPERS TRUCKS
€10 registration fee plus donation
They will have a guided tour of the monuments of Huescar and entrance to visit the CASA PENALVA
