30th Anniversary Raid 2024!

30 years since our first Raid back in 1994, many have lived the adventure with us and have been part of our solidarity projects and works. Would like to take the opportunity to thank each and everyone for their cooperation and support, many for some years now.

So we have  about 11 months to start to get ready for our 30th Solidarity Raid 2024, dates to be announced but it will be during the month of November.

This one will be a challenge and an adventure, 80% off-road for over 3000 km visiting spectacular places and our school projects and collaborate with humanitarian help together with local associations.

We will be having plenty of night camps, best therapy ever!

We will travel from North to South through the Grand Atlas to reach to the Western Sahara and do the Atlantic coastline beach run of over 50km.

Then we will travel through the Sahara heading East doing the legendary Dakar Rally tracks to reach Merzouga.

Starting to plan the route for our 30th Anniversary Raid 2024.

As you can see we will travel as far south as to Laayoune through the coastline driving on beaches and tracks.

We will be doing the Plage Blanc run, over 50 km on the beach.

We will visit Fort Bou Jerif where will be one of many campings awaiting us.

We will try to visit the Legcira Arches, hopefully as always we will do our photo and maybe camp in the beach depending of the weather.

From Laayoune we will enter the Western Sahara to Smara by tracks that will lead us up to the legendary Paris Dakar tracks which we will use to head to Mhamid.

We will be driving through the Grand Atlas, do what we left out due to the earthquake response on our 29th Solidarity Raid, so we will start from Ouzoud and visit the Guite Cathedral and accent to the G4 Gandini, over 2750m, this will take us up to Imilchil and visit the famous lakes Tislite & Isli.

Those driving by road will have their route directly to Imilchil from Ouzoud, a tourist tour which is done from Marrakech to Imilchil by coach, so you should not have any issues. Same goes with all the stages, you will have the option.

From Imilchil we will visit our project in Er-Rich.

So up to now we have 2,526 km ahead from us planned, many more to be updated!

As usual we will provide ourselves with Sim cards for our phones and the change of currency for who needs to at Souc Barra in Tangier.

Our first destination will be Ouzoud where as always we will stay at the Hotel La France and visit the Waterfalls. 562 km.
