I have been today at the reclamation site at Catalan Bay to see how the terrain is at the moment,there is enough space for us to create the tracks and the people on site are willing once again to help us out,now all we need is to start our homework in trying to organize this event.

My idea this time is to do the Charity event in aim of the GibMission Africa organisation with who I have already talked with and are very exited with the idea and are willing to collaborate with us on this event.So I put this out to the members who a willing once again to support the Club and its cause.

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR MEMBERS TAKING PART IN THE EVENT NEXT SATURDAY & SUNDAY.

PLEASE ATTEND  THE SITE ON FRIDAY 25th OCTOBER AS FROM  5PM FOR A BRIEFING OF THE RULES AND PROCEDURES WHICH WILL BE IN PLACE DURING THE WEEKEND. WE WILL ALSO BE GIVING OUT TSHIRTS FOR ALL MEMBERS HELPING OUT.

WE HAVE WORKED VERY HARD OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS TO ENSURE THAT THE SITE IS SAFE AND IN A GOOD CONDITION FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL THOSE WHO WISH TO ATTEND.

THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK OVER THESE COUPLE OF WEEKS. LET US MAKE OUR CLUB PROUD ONCE AGAIN BY HAVING A SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND.
