Charity Event!

I have been today at the reclamation site at Catalan Bay to see how the terrain is at the moment,there is enough space for us to create the tracks and the people on site are willing once again to help us out,now all we need is to start our homework in trying to organize this event.

My idea this time is to do the Charity event in aim of the GibMission Africa organisation with who I have already talked with and are very exited with the idea and are willing to collaborate with us on this event.So I put this out to the members who a willing once again to support the Club and its cause.

Well we have been informed by the constructors at the site that it would be impossible to do our event at the Arial Farm cause they are really into the construction now and by the time we would be doing the event it will be well advanced,so we are looking at another area which we will inform soon,fingers crossed!

Looks like we are not getting lucky with a site for our event,well this is another option we are looking at,have to get info for the permits,lets see?

We are still waiting for confirmation for this site,so the event if possible to be done will be by the end of this month or begining of October!

Well permits are already dealt with so now we need the support of the members to get this event done so please be in contact with us who ever can help us out!

Ok we are just waiting to collect the keys of the site to start working in the area,on Tuesday at 11:00 am we will have a meeting with the GibMission Africa members at the Sacarello's cafe so who ever can make it please come by.
