Asunto: solicitud de naturalización de cincuenta mil Touarègues familias en peligro.
Señores.
Tenemos el honor por la presente a fin de solicitar su alta-bienveillances la concesión de la naturalización de cincuenta mil touarègues familias que viven en el Sahara.
El pueblo Tuareg contar un millón y medio de personas nomadisant en el Sahara entre Malí, Argelia, el Níger, Libia, Burkina Faso, Chad y Mauritania. Desde la colonización europea, la gente de tuaregs encontró fragmentada en siete países y vio sus condiciones de supervivencia en su propia tierra en tela de juicio.
Problemas políticos llegaron a otros problemas más devastadores, incluyendo la tierra de expropiación completa de nuestros antepasados por las multinacionales francés y chino (Areva y China nuclear internacional uranio Corporation) en Níger y Mali, así como varias otras investigaciones de conducta en el petróleo y otros minerales de injerto. El ya de por sí frágil de la degradación ambiental y la contaminación son marcadores de posición para grandes reservas nómadas son similares a los campos de concentración donde personas permanecen sin cualquier dignidad, sin ningún futuro y sin ningún apoyo. La presencia de terroristas en nuestras tierras nos expone más que nunca y hace que sea incapaz de realizar transhumances largo tradicionales para la supervivencia de nosotros restantes pueblo saharaui de rebaños. La presencia de la AQMI nos pone también en nuestro caravaniers Exchange y no se ha podido organizar nuestros soufies, nuestras celebraciones festivales culturales en la tierra de nuestros antepasados.
En el Sáhara, el medio ambiente ha sido siempre muy hostil, pero hemos aprendido a domesticar durante siglos. En los últimos años, se degrada significativamente: sequías cíclicas (todos de cuatro a cinco años) regularmente décimant nuestros rebaños que se recarga sobre todo. Nuestros jardines se reclamen, el agua es cada vez más raro. La sedimentación, la desertificación, vientos, tormentas y la aparición de nuevas enfermedades relacionadas con el uranuim operado por Areva radiación son nuestros padres, nuestros hijos y nuestros animales así como nuestras culturas.
Todas estas amenazas llevan a lanzar este grito de angustia. Esperamos que usted, jefes de Estado y organización internacional que usted nos la bienvenida en su piso para ayudarnos a encontrar nuestra dignidad, enviar a nuestros hijos a la escuela, para que tengan un futuro y que, antes de que sea demasiado tarde.
Estas familias de cincuenta mil que llaman a su hospitalidad viven al norte de Malí y al norte del Níger; son pobres entre los países más pobres del mundo.
Estas familias, cuando se integren en una nación si tienen un trabajo decente y envían a sus hijos a la escuela, pueden en ayuda de turno, que sus padres se mantuvieron en el Sahara.

Gentlemen.
We have the honour hereby to request your signup-bienveillances the granting of the naturalization of fifty thousand touarègues families living in sub-Saharan Africa.
The Tuareg people have a million and a half people nomadisant in the Sahara between Mali, Algeria, the Niger, Libya, Burkina Faso, Chad and Mauritania. Since European settlement, the Tuareg people found fragmented in seven countries and saw their survival conditions in their own land in question.

Yesterday two hundred young Tuaregs from northern Mali gathered for meeting in Tinbuktu a very known historical twon. these young Tuaregs had first obtained official permission, but the semi-authorities of Mali learned that they were demanding self-government, they then quickly proceeded to break up the gathering. some were injured , others fled, and two were arrested and taken away to Bamako, the Capital. these two are called Musa and Bubaker and had helped to organise the event. No one knows till the moment their fate? please circulate the message for all, thanks.
