Marrakesh, like other ancient cities, was famous for its leather tanning craft, which still preserves its old identity, Including its reputation for the leather industry, which has been practiced for centuries with the same mechanisms and the same materials. When you enter Dar Al-Dabbagh, you will smell the smell of natural leather from which various shapes of products are made, and accessories of shoes, belts and bags made of natural materials that attract the attention of visitors, Known for its quality with an authentic traditional character.

Located on the banks of the Oued Assaka (Moroccan region of Souss-Massa-Drâa), Fort Bou Jerif was built by the French Legion in 1935 during the last major French campaign of pacification of southern Morocco. 200 men lived in this great fort protected by two towers located in the hills west and east of the fort. The fort was abandoned in 1956 by the French during their withdrawal from the protectorate and was reoccupied by the Moroccans in 1969, when the Spaniards left the enclave of Sidi Ifni and Spanish Sahara north in the south.
