New information for Club Members

This is as discussed in our last Club meeting with our members and has been agreed by the Club Committee - It is now formally part of our Constitution

It has been decided that as from 28/9/2011 our new rules for events and membership stands as follows.

1.0 - Club members who have paid their full annual club fees are open to attend any club event.

2.0 - Guests are to be allowed to attend TWO club events as 'tasters' to see what we do and to see if it is of interest for them to join our club. The committee will keep tabs of which GUESTS have attended what trips...

After a non member has attended TWO of our trips he/she is to decide if they want to join the club or not and will not be allowed to take part in any more of our club events unless they sign up as an official member or to be able to attend they will have to pay a fee of £5 to the Club on any event!

THIS APPLIES AS FROM THE 28TH OF SEPTEMBER AND THEREFORE ANYONE WHO WISHES TO ATTEND OUR EVENTS AS A GUEST HAS TWO TRIPS WITH US AS FROM THE SAID DATE TO JOIN US AND DECIDE IF THEY WISH TO SIGN UP OR NOT...

3.0 It has also been decided that other clubs will be allowed to come to JOINT events with our own club (Marocatlasgibraltar4x4) and to organise JOINT events. This does not apply to individuals from other clubs - Please see point No2.0
