4X4 MOTOR SPORT!
MarocAtlas Gibraltar 4x4 Club is promoting Motor Sports to Gibraltar by participating in Trials, Rallies & Competitions abroad representing Gibrlatar.
One of our mayor participation was the Maroc Challenge Rally in the GR Category always participating in the Winter Edition for 3 years consecutively . In this Rally we represent Gibraltar with other European countries, up to 130 teams participating.
We also participate in Trials in Marbella and other places in Spain, members participating will have the Clubs support.
We are working in participating in competitions in Portugal & in Morocco in different rallyes in the future!
We do our own Club 4x4 Competition now since 2012, inviting other 4x4 Clubs, Orgs or Entities to join us and participate. The competition takes place at Circuito Almeji, Benadalid, Ronda. Some sponsors are already involved and collaborating in this event.
Any member who is willing to participate in the sports to represent Gib & our Club are most welcome to join our Team.

¡Carlos is in the house! El Matador Sainz resurge desde el fondo y registra el mejor tiempo por el KM 43. Solo 9 segundos más rápido que Al-Attiyah y 13s que Lategan. Estos dos, ya registran paso por el KM 125, con Nasser arriba por un segundo.#Dakar2021 por @somosdakar.

Etapa difícil para nosotros hoy. A pocos kilómetros del inicio perdíamos potencia y hemos tenido que parar a reparar el turbo perdiendo 45 minutos. Luego empezamos a tirar fuerte, nos hemos sentido muy bien con
Armand Monleóny al final hemos podido recuperar tiempo entrando a 36min del vencedor. Súper contentos con el ritmo. Aún queda muchísimo por delante así que energía y positividad a tope

Hoy sólo hemos hecho los últimos 90 kilómetros de noche! Un éxito! Etapa muy difícil, como todas, pero ya tenemos una más!

Spaniard Nani Roma @braidxtreme set out into the desert hoping to add to the confidence he and co-driver Alex Winocq are building upon each day of the Dakar Rally. Navigational difficulties cost the pair time across the stage though, finishing 16th for the day after completing the desert stage in 03:44:10, +26:31 off the leader. This puts Roma 11th overall, conceding +1:04:21 to the rally leader.
“The visibility and navigation today was a real challenge, but the car is performing so well, it’s amazing how strong the Hunter is. For that reason, Alex and I are happy. We are building every time we are in the car and learning every day. For me, I want to be fighting more at the front, so that is the aim, but the way the car is performing, I am happy.”
