4X4 MOTOR SPORT!
MarocAtlas Gibraltar 4x4 Club is promoting Motor Sports to Gibraltar by participating in Trials, Rallies & Competitions abroad representing Gibrlatar.
One of our mayor participation was the Maroc Challenge Rally in the GR Category always participating in the Winter Edition for 3 years consecutively . In this Rally we represent Gibraltar with other European countries, up to 130 teams participating.
We also participate in Trials in Marbella and other places in Spain, members participating will have the Clubs support.
We are working in participating in competitions in Portugal & in Morocco in different rallyes in the future!
We do our own Club 4x4 Competition now since 2012, inviting other 4x4 Clubs, Orgs or Entities to join us and participate. The competition takes place at Circuito Almeji, Benadalid, Ronda. Some sponsors are already involved and collaborating in this event.
Any member who is willing to participate in the sports to represent Gib & our Club are most welcome to join our Team.

We had a great weekend with our friends and members at our 3rd Almeji Competition 2014, 12 cars participated competing for all vehicles categories, we hope that next year more will take part in this great event!

After a nice Buffet breakfast at the Hotel Almeji we went back to the circuit, though not much of the participants were left but they did go onto the 4th stage and we gave the prizes away, thanks to all who made this weekend special for our Club!..

Looks like some Clubs & Entities from around de campo area and the costa del sol are getting involved in this years III Competition in Almeji, good Sport Spirit!

The Solidarity side of the Rally!

After the 4th stage we had to stop the car as Alfreds Toyota broke down, we managed to be for the finals to get a bronze medal of participation, nice one guys for once more showing our colors & collaborating in the solidarity side of this rally!

On the last lap through the river of sand we by passed the last waypoint but finally got there!

After we lost some time stuck in the sand we managed to recuperate some lost time and passed some competitors!

Getting nearer to Merzouga we hit the speeding tracks heading to the Mfis Mines on our 3rd Stage!

We reached Missour and stayed camping in Fort Tiradine for the night and start our 2nd stage from Missour to Erfoud,Camping Karla!
