Starting Stage 3 from Hotel Haven La Chance with another great sunrise. We went by Rissani to Fezzou to visit the association to deliver school materials for the children. Firstly we made a must stop at Madouaar Mountain, also known as the Portuguese Prison or the Mummy Mountain after the Movie
After having a snack we continued to Ouzina, a first desert experience for some which all did great on the tracks and dunes.
We reached Porte de Sahara Hotel Restaurant "Ouzina Morocco" where we were welcomed with a traditional berber tortilla. Thanks for your great hospitality. We then continued on the tracks to Taouz where for my surprise 20 km of asfalt has been done before the reaching the town. Night caught us and some got the wrong diversion but we were all reunited and arrived at Kasbah TAKOJT! in time for a great dinner.
