                                                       SOLIDARITY WITH MOROCCO.

Since 1994 when I first went to a 4x4 raid into Morocco I saw and got like bewitched by the country. We travelled through the most harshed and remote places on our 4x4 vehicle's,up the Grand Atlas were people still live in small villages with no electricity or running water, the place is over 2000 metres high and there is no much terrian for farming, they live from the goats and a few chickens. The men would ride their mules or donkeys to the nearest town that can be over 20 or 30 km's away for provisions which they exchange for their milk and cheese.

The hospitality of the people of the Atlas is so great that its breathtaking. We arrive to one household which is nothing but incredible!

yes bro.and thanks for the invite.what gets to me the most is in the years we live in how can there be people in the world starving.every day thousands of tonnes of food are thrown,by supermarkets by factorys to be able to compete with others.the world we live in only thinks in one thing and that is only MONEY.

Yes my friend it is sure a great sensation to see the effect on people when you help them, this place you went with Mark is the Cheshire Home in Tangier,we have gone a few times in the past. Its a home to special kids who cannot be at their own homes and this Lovely nuns care for them.

dude what you guys do there e demasiau.se me pone la piel de callina cuando veo esos ninos con nada.think of my kids.and we have to say hamdulah.gibraltar bro is blessed.cant wait dude to go.remember one year i went with mark spiteri to tangers to take stuff to the nuns house there, and the amount of kids there was incredible.we started unloading my mitsubishi montero which i had at that time,my boot was filled to the top with goodies.but what we had more was powder milk for babies.when the nun saw all the amount of powder milk we unloading, she started crying and she rushed to the  praying room.i later asked mark what was happening .and why she got so imotional, mark told me that they only had one tin of powdered milk for i dont know how many babys.she had been praying for help, and the help came without she realising what this three men brought inside the car.it was a amasing feeling.

Morrocco for me is like a trip to the past, to the times of Aladin and the Persian nights, especially when you are stoned with their exquisite GANJA, not the rubbish we get in Gibraltar, but that of the RIFF mountains.I have a beautiful memory back 20 years ago in Chef Chauen, were I got to see the elaboration of a delicious HASH. Ah man I can still hear those drums. Ps. I also love Morrocco for many other things especially their people who are ever so friendly and pleasant hospitality
