OK then I put myself up for vice chairman( only if Tyrone doesn't want to do it anymore) Or one of the 2 extra committee members if that happens again this year. I would like to do more, but because of my shifts I would find it hard to attend all meetings.

This is the idea we came out on our last meeting,every member will have this sticker id with their membership number of the year on their windscreen,that way we will know who is a payed member on the events.

Yes my dear new committee member,thats the idea,put it on your windscreen,will stick in the inside,just like the old roadtax disc's ;-)

I guess we could just print them w/ a color printer to save some money.

if you can get them to print 50 that should be enough for the year but they should be in good quality plastic as they will be in the windscreen and will be subject to extreme heat in the summer and the riggers of off roading,,,so have to be quite tough,,,,,should be STICKY on one side,,,,so can be stuck on the inside of the window,,,,

WOULD NOT BE BETTER IF WE DID THEM JUST PRINTEDON THE PHOTO COPY AND DO IT OF CARDBORD JUST LIKE THE OLD ROAD TAX ONES,MUCH MORE CHEAPER?
