CLUB INFORMATION

[CLUB DISCUSSIONS]

To all members.

 

I have made this section in our website forum incase any members or 'want to be members' have any questions for the comitee. Also it gives the comitee and mainly myself as club secretary the chance to be able to keep members up to date with decicions being taken in meetings and procedures on how to become official club members.

Yes things are getting done,on Friday we handed in the form to register the Club as a Charity Org and on Monday I have to go to take another paper which was missing,we will be registered for our Solidarity Raid,also on Monday the Club will be interviewed by the Gibraltar Magazine and will be published in the April's edition.

All the paperwork needed has been handed in to the Supreme Courts Register Office so all is done just need to wait for their reply.

Also I asked for info about the registering the Club and the reply they gave me is we don't need to register until we have an establishment,this once we recieve the documents of the Charity Group we can use them to go to the Goverment to help us out for a alocation for the Club.

TO ALL CLUB MEMBERS

        All Club members have to know that your memberships are still valid as there was a mis-understanding with the Lions FC Club registration  date.MarocAtlasGib 4x4 Club  members are ALL VALID members till September 2012,all members who did their new registration will not need to register again on the said date.
