4x4 Concentration event!

Thinking we could do a 1st 4x4 concentration event for 2 days were we could invite the community to show their 4x4 vehicles and the club could do a presentation of all the works done in the past 20 years,we could get the army tent and create our tracks to get the people to use it,what do you guys think of this dates?

The site is nearly ready,just a few more safety measures and it will be finished!
