Hi Guys,

Got my new tyres!! Tuggy really came through for me and I cant recomend him enough. I got (5) Bfg MT's (new style) and (5) 16" x 7" steel wheels with probably -20 offset (6 lug toyota hard to find) All fitted. All this, including delivery, plus the use of tuggy's driveway and his jacks cost me 1070.00 pound and came from UK in 4-5 days. Which is a great deal. Tugs has more gear on his site and if you don't see it there just ask cause he can still probably get it.

Heres a before and after

This is my sweetheart with 235/70/r16 lost in her arches

This is her new improved look on 255/85/r16 :)

Si or no?

Now to get these beauties on I've done a 5cm bodylift taken plastic liner from inside the ach out, and cut away as much as 10mm of body weld in places(scary!). She's scrubbing a bit still when I brake or turn going downhill. I was planning on an Ironman lift kit but it's about 800 euro!! So maybe I'll just change the springs for now, so I can get back on the trail. Ive heard I can fit Landcruiser 120 series front springs up front and landcruiser 80 front springs on the rear of mine and get a lift. Does anyone have a set of 120 series front springs I could try out? As Im only scrubbing up front.

I have had a 2 inch lift put in recently.
Morgan the wheel spacers freak me out a little bit because on my hubs if you fit them you wind up with the hole load sitting on the outer bearing instead of sitting right between the inner and outer bearings and to me it looks like the inner bearing should be doing most of the work cause it' about 3 times the size. When I bought the wheels I wanted to get the most backspacing as I could because it seems like the best way around this problem. But Jap 16" 6 bolt wheels with big backspacing are f*$%ing hard to find unless your in america. So I think the ones I have now are -25 offset my oldies where 0's So my track is 50mm wider now. They just peak out of the arches nicely now. Saying all this I have never used spacers before so I don't have first hand experience.
Oh that sounds good Mark! Can you tell me how to get in touch with him?

thanks bro

You are welcome,Ty is a great friend of the club and will be greatly helpful,he is just at La Linea,I don't know if Tuggy used his garage to do your car.
no alfred Ty has his own business and i have mine,,,,i do all my stuff from my place,,,,but we are good friends and beetween us in pretty sure we can sort u guys out with anything you need from a bolt to a car,,,,,,

Great to know that bro but I never doubt about it;)

Morgan I belive that with the tyres Adam has put on he won't need to use the spacers as he has a 25 offset which is already doing the job to be able to lift the car 50mm without losing stableness,my toyota has a 2 inch high lift and never needed spacers bro.
these are adams excellent BFG MT2 tyres and new rims,,,,if anybody wants some get in touch,,,,,,,
Those are my favourites but they will have to wait for next season mate!
Funny thing is my wife thinks all of the blokes are looking at her cause of her new hair do while she driving around ;)!!
